2021 New Year Resolutions

How are you adapting to the first week of 2021?
I always feel a surge of positive energy in January. It's usually the time when we start to set our goals and new year resolutions and we're all fired to start a new adventure.
My focus for this year is to:
1.Live with intention (being mindful to maintain relationships and connect with my close ones so we don't drift apart)
2.Share more vulnerability (I do most of that in the safe space of "Mood Trackers Community" facebook group where we run 3 weekly threads to provide support and accountability towards taking care of our mental wellness). Join us if you feel called to.
Amidst juggling a full time job... new updates on the app will be rolled out by the end of Q1 this year.
If you have any specific functions you would like to see in the app, please reply to this email and let me know. I really appreciate hearing feedback from you.
